Katelyn Bowden is the founder of BADASS- an org dedicated to protecting sexual privacy online, where she not only helped victims of Image based abuse seek justice, but she also educated countless people about consent and how it translates online. As the newest member of the worlds oldest hacktivist group, _the cult of the dead cow_, Katelyn (aka Medus4) hopes to bridge the gap between security and sexuality. When she isn’t rage tweeting, she can often be found either creating manmade horrors for her Etsy page, or designing inclusive clothing for her online merch shop. Katelyn may be three giraffes in a trench coat, but this has never been proven scientifically.
Elyssa Helfer, a self proclaimed academic masochist, is a sex therapist and LMFT in Los Angeles and is the founder of Elevated Healing Center. Her work primarily focuses on the kink community and she is dedicated to fighting against the many systems that encourage sexual secrecy and sexual shame. As an Adjunct Professor at Antioch University-Seattle and a Research Associate at The Alternative Sexualities Research Health Alliance, Elyssa spends every day (and she really does mean, EVERY day), committed to educating, writing, and researching the community that she loves so deeply. When she is not obsessively buying books or fueling her coffee addiction, you’ll almost always find her in her office surrounded by vulva art, cursing up a storm, and finding new ways to remain a student forever.
